VOC / MTBE
Volatile Organic Compounds or VOCs are water well contaminants, such as gasoline compounds, oils, paint thinners, de-greasers, diesel fuel, dry cleaning agents, adhesive compounds, solvents, ect. Along with the VOC test we do test for MTBE. MTBE is the gasoline additive that showed up in many wells near the gas stations in Fallston and Phoenix.
Carbon Filtration can be installed to remove such contaminants.
